When are selections sent?

Selections are delivered via Telegram from 10am on raceday, once fixed odds markets are available. Additional betting opportunities may arise later in the day as markets develop.

How many selections can I expect?
An average of 3 selections per meeting.

If a meeting does not present enough suitable betting opportunities, fewer selections may be issued.
 

Which race meetings does HK HITMAN cover?

Exclusively Hong Kong racing at Happy Valley and Sha Tin, covering meetings throughout the Hong Kong racing season.
 

How will I receive selections?

Selections are delivered directly to members through a private Telegram channel, providing fast and reliable access on raceday.

Instructions for joining the channel are provided when you subscribe.
 

What information is included with each selection?

Every selection includes the horse, recommended stake, HK HITMAN Rated Price and current fixed odds available at the time the selection is issued.

For example:

R8 — Happy Daily — 0.75 unit WIN
Rated Price: $7.50
Bookmaker Price Available: $10.00
 

What does the Rated Price mean?

The Rated Price represents HK HITMAN's assessed price for the horse.

A selection is only issued when the available fixed odds are above our Rated Price, with the quoted price available through at least one major bookmaker at the time the selection is sent.

For example, if a horse is rated at $7.50 and $10.00 is available, the selection is being issued at a price above our assessment of its chances.
 

What bankroll is recommended?

HK HITMAN recommends a 100-unit betting bankroll, with all recommended stakes expressed in units.

For example, with a $5,000 betting bankroll, one unit would represent $50.
 

Will there always be selections at every meeting?

Not necessarily. HK HITMAN is selective by design, and there is no requirement to bet simply because a meeting is taking place.

The number of selections depends on the betting opportunities available on the day.
 

Do you publish your results?

Yes. HK HITMAN maintains publicly available results, with every selection recorded.

Results are recorded using the fixed odds quoted when the selection was issued, with that price available through at least one major bookmaker at the time of sending.
 

What does “Beat HKJC SP” mean?

HK HITMAN compares the fixed price available when each selection is issued with the horse's eventual Hong Kong Jockey Club Starting Price (Tote SP).
(Beating the starting price is widely regarded as one of the strongest indicators that a betting approach has a genuine long term edge.) 
 

Should I expect losing runs?

Yes. Losing bets and losing runs are a normal part of betting.

HK HITMAN follows a long term approach, and performance should be assessed over a meaningful number of selections rather than an individual race, meeting or short period.

Is there a limit on the number of subscribers?

Membership may be capped to help minimise the potential impact subscribers could have on available fixed odds prices.

If I subscribe today, when will I receive my first selections?

Once you've subscribed, you'll receive selections for the next applicable Happy Valley or Sha Tin meeting.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

Your subscription is charged when you sign up and your membership begins immediately.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew according to your selected plan until cancelled.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue for the remainder of the period you've already paid for.
